Ingredients
- 2 medium red onions, finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (2 to 3 medium)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
