This is one of the best banana breads ever. It’s super moist thanks to the cake mix and has the perfect amount of sweet. It’s easy to make, and everyone will love it–plus, it freezes great.

Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottoms only of 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans.
  • 2
In large bowl, stir together cake mix, oil, eggs and bananas until well blended. Stir in nuts. Divide batter evenly between pans.
  • 3
Bake 43 to 48 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaves comes out clean. Run metal spatula around the edges of loaves to loosen; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour and 30 minutes, before slicing. Wrap tightly, and store at room temperature.
