Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 6 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)
- 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons canned chopped green chiles
- Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F.

Step2Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the cheese evenly over half of each tortilla. Top cheese with remaining ingredients. Fold tortilla over filling. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step3Bake about 5 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Cut each into 3 or 4 wedges, beginning cuts from center of folded side.
