- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
- 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
Toppings, if desired
- 2 tablespoons Cool Whip fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Dash pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
