Peach-Cinnamon Fritters

Skip the bakery run and make these bite-size peach fritters at home. Whether you make them for the kids after school or bring them into the office, one thing is for sure—there won’t be any left behind.
Peach-Cinnamon Fritters

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Step1In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat 3 inches oil over medium-high heat to 350°F.

Step2In large bowl, mix Bisquick™ mix, cold water, egg, sugar and cinnamon. Fold in peaches.

Step3Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls into hot oil; fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from oil with slotted spoon; place on paper towel-lined plate to drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
