The perfect summer dessert, these s’mores brownies have a layer of crunchy graham cracker, ooey gooey brownie and toasted marshmallows!

Ingredients
- 1 box (17.8 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- About 12 squares graham crackers, to cover bottom of pan
- About 4 chocolate bars or 1 cup chocolate chips
- About 2 cups large marshmallows, to cover top of brownies
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

Step2Prepare brownie mix with egg, oil and water as directed on box. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of lined baking pan. Spread brownie mixture over the graham crackers, and bake according to instructions on box for your baking pan size.

Step3Top baked brownies with chocolate bars or chips and return to the oven for a minute so they can melt. Spread melted chocolate layer.

Step4Top with marshmallows and return to oven to bake for a few minutes. Once your marshmallows begin to expand and turn slightly golden, turn your oven onto a low broil. Broil marshmallows for 30-60 seconds. Watch these very carefully so they don’t burn!

Step5Spray a sharp knife with cooking spray, and slice into even squares.
