Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
- 12 imitation crabmeat sticks (about 1 oz each), chopped*
- 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely shredded red bell pepper
- 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inch)

Step1In small bowl, mix yogurt, cilantro, cumin, tomato and green onions.

Step2In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat remaining ingredients except tortillas over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.

Step3Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons salsa on each tortilla; top with about 2/3 cup crabmeat mixture. Roll up each tortilla; cut diagonally into thirds.
