Churro Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cups Bisquick™ Original Pancake and Baking mix
- 1 cup milk

Step1Heat nonstick griddle to 300°F; brush with 1 tablespoon of the oil.

Step2In large bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; reserve 2 tablespoons and set aside. Add Bisquick mix and milk to remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture in large bowl. Mix until only a few lumps remain.

Step3Spoon half the batter into quart-size resealable plastic bag; cut small tip from one end. Pipe batter onto hot griddle in 3-to 4-inch spirals starting at the center and working out, leaving about 1/4 inch space between lines. Cook 30 to 60 seconds on each side or until lightly browned. Immediately sprinkle each pancake with 1 teaspoon of the reserved cinnamon-sugar.

Step4Brush griddle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of the oil. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar.
