Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) peach pie filling
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 box (16.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Wild Blueberry Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Step1Heat oven to 375°F.

Step2Pour pie filling and fresh blueberries into an ungreased 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Add undrained blueberries (from muffin mix) and stir all the fruit together.

Step3In a medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil, eggs and zest until smooth. Drop batter by spoonfuls evenly onto fruit; sprinkle with sugar.

Step4Bake 28-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the crust comes out clean.

Step5Serve warm plain or with ice cream. Store in refrigerator.
