Ingredients
- 3/4 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1 1/4 pounds turkey breast tenderloins
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions

Step1Place wild rice in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Top rice with squash, onion and turkey. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.

Step2Pour chicken broth over all ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 to 9 hours or until rice is tender. Stir in cranberries.
