- 4 medium unpeeled sweet potatoes (1 1/2 lb)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.

Step2Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch wedges. In large bowl, toss potatoes and oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place potatoes in single layer in pan.
