Sweet and Sour Asianl Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 3 ounces uncooked capellini (angel hair) pasta, broken in half
- 4 cups shredded Chinese (napa) cabbage
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)
- 1 cup Chinese pea pods, cut in half (4 ounces)
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3/4 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped salted cashews

Step1Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.

Step2Place pasta, cabbage, mushrooms, pea pods and water chestnuts in large bowl. Mix sweet-and-sour sauce and yogurt with fork. Pour over salad; toss until coated. Sprinkle with cashews.
