Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Spread rub evenly on 1 pound boneless meat (chicken, pork, beef) or 2 1/2 pounds 1/2-inch-thick pork chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes but no longer than 24 hours. Grill meat as desired.
