Salted Caramel White Russian Mocktails

- Salted caramel sauce, for garnish
- 4 oz water (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce
- 2 teaspoons espresso powder
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa
- Ice cubes
- 3 oz heavy whipping cream (6 tablespoons)
Instructions

Step1Dip rims of 2 lowball glasses (10 oz each) into salted caramel sauce.

Step2In 1-cup glass measuring cup, stir water, 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, the espresso powder and baking cocoa until well blended. Divide espresso mixture between glasses. Fill to the rim with ice. Top each with 1 1/2 oz whipping cream.
