When it’s fall and all-things pumpkin start calling your name, this is the perfect recipe! Pumpkin is one of our favorite fall flavors, and these cake mix cookies are tasty and easy to make. Adding caramel drizzle and chopped nuts to these cookies brings forward extra flavor and a nice crunch.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I achieve perfectly round cookies?

Use a round cookie cutter to scoot around your cookies when they first get out of the oven.

Can you top these cookies with other nuts?

Absolutely! I used walnuts but pecans sprinkled on top would add a nice crunch and nutty element to your cookies, too.

How can I add some extra flavor to my cookies?

The possibilities are endless, but for this recipe, I love adding a caramel drizzle over the cookies and frosting to add extra flavor.
