Orange Chocolate Chunk Cookies

- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Truvia® Baking Blend
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks

Step1Heat oven to 325°F.

Step2In large bowl, beat butter, Truvia® Baking Blend, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda and orange peel until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chunks. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies slightly.

Step3Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
