Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water, refrigerated
- 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves (3 cups)
- 3 celery stalks, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium banana (frozen)
- 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1-inch piece gingerroot, peeled and chopped
Instructions

Step1Place all ingredients in blender.

Step2Cover; blend on medium-high speed until very smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time.
