Muffin-Tin Barbecue Bacon Meatloaves

Ingredients
- 1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced, whites and greens separated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon barbecue seasoning
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 slices (1 oz each) sharp Cheddar cheese, quartered
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, stir beef, bacon, Bisquick™ mix, green onion whites, egg and barbecue seasoning until well mixed. Divide mixture among muffin cups, pressing evenly into cups.

Step3Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaves reads 160°F. Brush loaves with barbecue sauce. Top with cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese just melts. Top with green onion greens.
