Here’s delightful appetizer or savory brunch dish that takes common ingredients and pairs them together in a sensational new way! From our The Betty Crocker Quick to the Table cookbook, these tasty mini muffins are a delight, whether you’re watching the big game or hosting family for brunch. Keep your guests coming back for more, with the incredible flavor combination and totally pop-in-your-mouth small size.

These little cuties are ready to enjoy in just 30 minutes and make enough to serve a crowd. The secret to the amazing flavor comes from blending chopped dill pickles (and dill pickle juice for an even more puckery punch) with ham, cream cheese and dill into petite savory flavor bombs one won’t soon forget. It’s a match made in heaven and bound to become a favorite; whether you serve them for brunch, bring them to a party or wow sports fans while watching the game.

Serve them warm-from-the-oven on their own or with a side of mustard or mayo for guests to spread over the tops before enjoying. Alternatively, feature them on a savory board with sliced salami, nuts, carrot and celery sticks and dips such as mustard or ranch, for an easy, no-fuss appetizer or brunch dish.
