Grilled Herbed New Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 small red potatoes, cut into fourths
Sour Cream Sauce
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions

Step1Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. In large bowl, mix oil, parsley, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper and the salt. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place potatoes in grill basket (grill “wok”).

Step2Cover and grill potatoes over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, shaking basket or stirring potatoes occasionally, until tender.

Step3In small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve with potatoes.
