- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tub (15.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Coconut Pecan Frosting
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir together butter and egg. Stir in cookie mix, cocoa and water until soft dough forms.

Step2Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.

Step3Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cookies are set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.

Step4Generously frost cookies with coconut pecan frosting.
