Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into serving-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions

Step1Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over high heat until hot. Add beef; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook until browned on both sides.

Step2Add tomatoes, chiles, taco sauce, chili powder and cumin; stir to mix. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until beef is tender, stirring and turning beef occasionally.

Step3Stir in corn and onions. Cover; cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until corn is tender.
