Blondies
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
- 1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, beat Blondie ingredients with spoon until well blended. Spread in pan.

Step3Bake 24 to 28 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Step4In small microwavable bowl, microwave chips uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds or until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle with fork over top. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.
