Frequently Asked Questions

What flavor frosting do you recommend for this recipe?

You can use either vanilla frosting or cream cheese frosting–your choice!

I love apples! How can I ensure there’s plenty in each serving?

To get apples more dispersed throughout the cake, you can use kitchen scissors to “chop” the apple pie filling in the can before adding it to the cake mix. This way the apples are smaller, more bite-sized and there’s some in almost every bite.
