Blueberry and white chocolate make the perfect couple in our dessert for two that can be ready in 8 minutes.
Blueberry-White Chocolate Mug Cakes

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips
- Fresh whipped cream, if desired
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, beat Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and egg until just a few small lumps remain. Divide batter evenly into 2 ungreased mugs.

Step2Top each mug with blueberries and chips (do not stir).

Step3Microwave both mugs at the same time uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until cakes are done and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step4Cool slightly; top with whipped cream and more blueberries just before serving, if desired.
