Bloody Mary Waffle Bites

Ingredients

Waffles

Topping

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Bloody Mary seasoning

Instructions

  • Step

    Brush waffle maker with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray. Heat waffle maker.

    In medium bowl, mix all Waffle ingredients except tomato and celery until well blended. Stir in tomato and celery.

    Pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto center of hot waffle maker. Close lid of waffle maker.

    Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle to cooling rack; repeat with remaining batter.

    In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients until well blended.

    Cut each waffle into 8 wedges. To toast waffles, heat oven to 350°F. Place ovenproof wire rack on large rimmed baking sheet. Place waffle wedges on rack. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp.

    Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon Topping onto each wedge. Serve warm.
