- 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup mashed banana
- Powdered sugar, if desired

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.

Step2In medium bowl, mix bar mix, flour and baking powder. In medium bowl, thoroughly mix eggs, melted butter, milk and mashed banana. Add bar mixture to bowl, and mix well; pour mixture into pan.

Step3Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean and top is golden brown. Cool on cooling rack 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
