Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix with carrots
- 8 medium green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup light sesame or olive oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Crisp chow mein noodles, if desired
