If you’re looking for a fun way to use up leftover turkey, these cute lasagna cups might be the answer. They’re fun to make and even more fun to eat, and with only four ingredients, they come together in a snap. Here’s how it’s done: 

STEP 1: Place an egg roll wrapper into each muffin tin. Don’t worry about the excess— we’ll be folding it over in just a minute.

STEP 2: Add a tablespoon of crushed or pureed tomatoes to each.

STEP 3: Add a tablespoon of chopped cooked turkey to each.

STEP 4: Add a tablespoon of shredded cheese to each.

STEP 5: Now for the fun part! Fold over the excess wrapper like a package.

STEP 6: To finish it off, top each cup with an additional tablespoon of tomatoes and cheese and then pop them in the oven.

That’s it! To remove, run a knife around the edges and they should pop right out. You might want to let them cool for a few minutes before diving in.
