How to Make Skillet-Fried Chicken Video

Perfectly fried chicken is just a skillet away. Starting with a few pantry staples like Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour, paprika, salt, pepper and vegetable oil, you can use a large cast-iron skillet to fry up pieces of chicken until they’re golden brown and crispy. For extra tenderness and flavor, dip the chicken pieces into buttermilk before dredging them in the flour mixture. And if you prefer skinless chicken, feel free to remove the skin before coating in flour. However you decide to prepare your chicken, it will still be delicious. No deep fryer needed.
