Turkey and Bean Tostadas

Ingredients
- 1 package (12.5 oz) Old El Paso™ Soft Taco Dinner Kit
- 1 lb lean (at least 93%) ground turkey or lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 can (15 oz) spicy chili beans in sauce, undrained
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, if desired
- 1/2 cup sour cream, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. On ungreased cookie sheets, place tortillas (from dinner kit). Bake about 7 minutes or until crisp. Place on individual plates.

Step2In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (from dinner kit), water and beans; heat until hot.

Step3Divide turkey mixture evenly among tortillas. Top with taco sauce (from dinner kit) and remaining ingredients.
