Ingredients
- 1 cup canned reduced-fat (lite) coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 bag (10 oz) frozen organic harvest berries
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 cup bran cereal shreds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 medium banana
Instructions

Step1In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides as needed, 30 to 45 seconds or until flaxseed and spinach are finely chopped.

Step2Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
