Tomato Jam with Whipped Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients
Tomato Jam
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ras el hanout
Whipped Goat Cheese
- 4 oz chèvre (goat) cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
Chips, as desired
- Food Should Taste Good™ chips
Instructions

Step1In bowl of food processor, add tomatoes. Cover; puree until texture is uniform.

Step2In 2-quart saucepan, stir pureed tomatoes, sugar and ras el hanout with spoon. Heat to boiling over medium heat; reduce heat. Cook about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until very thick.

Step3In medium bowl, beat goat cheese, cream and lemon peel on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Step4Serve a dollop of Tomato Jam over a smear of Whipped Goat Cheese on top of a sweet potato chip.
