- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 cup dried sour cherries
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions

Step1Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and mustard in 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Step2Serve sauce with turkey, chicken or pork, or use to glaze a 10- to 12-pound ham.
