Sweet Potato and Chicken Skillet

- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 box Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
- 2 cups frozen diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 sticks Cheddar mozzarella string cheese, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (4 oz)

Step1In 12-inch nonstick skillet, add milk, hot water and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box); stir to combine. Stir in uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper™ box), sweet potato, frozen chicken and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce is thick. Remove from heat.
