- 1 medium Red Delicious apple, chopped (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon original salt-free seasoning blend
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
