Ingredients
- 8 cups packed torn romaine lettuce
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 large mangoes, seed removed, peeled and cut up (2 cups)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup roasted salted sunflower nuts
- 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Instructions

Step1Place 2 cups lettuce on each of 4 serving plates. Evenly arrange chicken, mangoes, raspberries, cheese and sunflower nuts on lettuce. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
