We added the kick of cayenne pepper to baked chickpeas for a satisfying vegetarian snack.
Spiced Baked Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, toss all ingredients until chickpeas are coated. Spread mixture in single layer on ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan or cookie sheet.

Step2Bake 25 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time, or until chickpeas are dry and toasted.
