- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise then sliced crosswise
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 4 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 to 16 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 jars (8 oz each) green taco sauce
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh cilantro, if desired
