- 6 medium potatoes (2 pounds), cut into 1/8-inch slices
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of onion soup
- 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
- 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
