Slow-Cooker Chicken, Sausage and Cabbage Stew

Ingredients
- 2 cups coarsely chopped (1-inch pieces) cabbage
- 1 cup ready-to-eat baby-cut carrots, cut lengthwise into quarters
- 1 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms (3 cups)
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage links (about 2), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cans (14 oz each) chicken broth
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions

Step1In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except broth and soup.

Step2In medium bowl, mix broth and soup. Pour over meat and vegetables in slow cooker; stir gently until blended.

Step3Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.
