Slow-Cooker Asian Hoisin Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork bone-in country-style ribs
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil, if desired
- Fresh cilantro leaves, if desired
Instructions

Step1Place ribs in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Cover with onion slices. Mix remaining ingredients except cilantro; pour over ribs and onion.

Step2Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until ribs are tender.

Step3Remove ribs to serving platter; keep warm. Skim fat from surface of juices in cooker. Serve ribs with sauce; sprinkle with cilantro.
