- My whole family loves grilled cheese sandwiches, but it’s difficult to serve them up all at the same time. This sheet-pan grilled cheese recipe is the perfect solution for getting several sandwiches on the table at once. These sandwiches are stuffed with Buffalo chicken to make them more filling and flavorful, and my whole family gets excited when they see the tray coming out of the oven.
Sheet-Pan Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 30 slices sandwich bread
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 27 slices Cheddar cheese
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Place sheet pan in oven as it heats. Cut crusts off each slice of bread.

Step2Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Place 15 slices of bread butter side down on hot sheet pan.

Step3In large bowl, place chicken; pour wing sauce over chicken. Stir to coat.

Step4Top bread with half of the Cheddar cheese slices.

Step5Spread chicken over cheese.

Step6Place remaining slices cheese over chicken.

Step7Top with remaining pieces of bread, butter sides up.

Step8Bake about 15 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
