Sesame Beef

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef boneless sirloin steak
- 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade or sauce
- 3 medium green onions, finely chopped (3 tablespoons)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted if desired

Step1Cut beef diagonally across grain into 1/8-inch slices. (Beef is easier to cut if partially frozen, about 1 1/2 hours.)

Step2Mix teriyaki marinade, onions and garlic in medium glass or plastic bowl. Stir in beef until well coated. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Step3Remove beef mixture from marinade; reserve marinade. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef mixture in oil, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown. Stir in marinade. Heat to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute.

Step4Serve beef mixture over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
