- 1 cup diced imitation crabmeat (surimi)
- 1 (4-oz.) pkg. frozen small shrimp, thawed
- 1 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- 1/2 cup purchased creamy cucumber salad dressing
- 4 croissants, split
- 4 leaves Bibb lettuce
