Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked shredded sweet potato (about 1/2 potato)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed

Step1Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches, with shortening.

Step2Mix sweet potato, sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Spread in pan. Sprinkle sesame seed over batter.

Step3Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
