Savory Cheesecake Brunch Board

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick™ Original pancake and baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 eggs
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces and softened
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.

Step2Place milk, Original Bisquick mix, salt, pepper, red pepper and eggs in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds. Add cream cheese; cover and blend 2 minutes longer. Add cheeses and green onions. Pulse just until combined. Pour into baking dish.

Step3Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows; cut each square diagonally into 2 wedges.
