Rosemary and Golden Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 2/3 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray 12 regular size muffin cups with cooking spray.

Step2In small bowl, place raisins; add enough hot water to cover. Let stand 10 minutes; drain.

Step3In medium bowl, beat egg slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Step4Bake 17 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
