Pumpkin Streusel Pancakes

These pumpkin streusel pancakes are the perfect cozy Fall breakfast. Treat yourself to a lazy morning around the table with your family!
Pumpkin Streusel Pancakes

Ingredients
Streusel:
- 2/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tablespoons cold salted butter, cubed
Pancakes:
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Step1Heat griddle to 325°F (or warm a skillet over medium heat).

Step2Prepare streusel: In a small bowl, combine Bisquick™ and brown sugar. Cut in butter and mix with your hands until combined and a crumb topping is formed. Set aside.

Step3In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick™, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Stir in pumpkin, egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth and combined.

Step4Pour batter by the 1/3 cup onto griddle. Let cook until bubbles start to appear, then add a sprinkle of streusel. Let cook until bubbly all over and brown underneath. Flip and top with another sprinkle of streusel. Cook until done, then remove to a plate. Repeat until all the batter is used.

Step5Prepare glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
