- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 3 cups)
- 1 can (15.5 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step1In 4-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion in oil about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
